Fournier - France
Domaine Fournier is the legacy of several generations of winegrowers and one of the most highly awarded estates in the Loire region. They dedicated themselves to understanding their soils, vines, and environment; and cultivating their land in a way to present the intrinsic terroir variations and thus create world-class Sauvignon-Blanc and Pinot Noir wines. Over the years they have grown the Fournier Estate from their father’s 13 acres to 222 acres in Sancerre, Pouilly Fume and Menetou Salon.
The Sancerre vineyards, set in the beautiful Loire Valley, include top sites in the villages of Verdigny, Sancerre, Bue and Maimbray, which enables them to produce wines of sophistication and complexity. They are able to control every detail of the process from planting the vines all the way through to bottling; and use only the very best selections for their wines. Always attracting plaudits and winning medals, the family is rightly very proud of their success.
Domaine Fournier Père et Fils is a benchmark for Sancerre and the fanciful F on the label has come to signify finesse, quality, and elegance.
This classic Sancerre Blanc brings you a crisp and aromatic wine balanced by a refreshing acidity. Citrus notes of grapefruit and gooseberry are accompanied by a complex bouquet of peach, pear, passionfruit, and elderflower.
Enjoy this at around 10°C with soft cheese, seafood, or stir-fried vegetables.

This classic Pouilly-Fume is crisp, aromatic, with pronounced flavours of green apples, citrus fruits, guava, pears, and flint. Hints of honey and tropical notes lend complexity without overpowering the other flavours. A dry wine, it has a satisfying mouthfeel and a long finish.
Enjoy this at around 10°C with soft cheese, seafood, poultry, or stir-fried vegetables.

This classic Menetou-Salon is a wonderfully complex wine with wide-ranging aromas and flavours from red fruits and black plums to the leather, earthiness and petrichor aroma that comes with careful ageing. It is fruity with a full and rounded mouthfeel, with just a hint of spice to enrich the long finish.
Enjoy this at around 12°C with poultry and lightly spiced dishes.
