Crane Lake Cabernet Sauvignon is intense ruby red; the nose is pleasantly fruity and characterized by flavors of blackberry, cherry, and raspberry. It is a medium-bodied, everyday-style Cabernet with nice dark fruits on the palate and a slightly smoked finish. At
a later stage, slight vanilla undertones are noticeable, resulting from the brief passage in the barrel.
Enjoy this cabernet sauvignon at 18°C with grilled meats, Indian dishes, and barbecues. If an all-meat menu is planned, this is the bottle to have on hand.
