A great representative V.S.Q. Moscato Rosé, this sparkling wine has delicate bubbles. The aroma has pronounced peach and strawberry notes, along with an accent typical of muscatel and green apples. On the fresh and fruity palate, you can taste cherries, melons,
and a persistent effervescence that makes it delicious, enjoyed chilled at 6°C with desserts, pastries or even as an aperitif.

This straw yellow coloured DOC Prosecco has fine, persistent bubbles and a pronounced citrus and flora aroma. On the dry palate, the fruit flavours of apples, melons, pears, and hints of banana intertwine harmoniously with crisp acidity to ado layers of character. Ideal as an aperitif when sipped chilled at 6°C or with seafood and delicately spiced dishes.


This wine will delight you with its wonderfully expressive aromas of red berries, and rich cocoa. The taste is complex yet structured, fruity from controlled fermentation, and full-bodied with velvety tannins from 18 months of French oak ageing. Blueberries, dark chocolate, plums, and roasted almonds are the stand-out flavours.
The long finish of blackberries and walnuts is best enjoyed between 15°C and 18°C. It pairs perfectly with rich, flavourful meat and curry dishes.

Golden yellow with gorgeous copper hues, this wine has a pronounced nose of acacia flower, quince and green apples. Its minerality is fantastically fresh and lively. The elegant, fruity, medium-bodied, and well-structured palate is a direct result of controlled fermentation and lees and bottle ageing. The beautiful acid balance with a long finish reminiscent of pears, quince.
This dry Italian wine is best enjoyed chilled to 8°C-10°C. It is perfect as a companion to calamari, fruity salads, or spiced seafood.


The “Ornati” Barbera d’Alba showcases Parusso’s mastery over producing wines of intensity and structure. The clean nose hints at raspberries, coffee, and balsamic. This six-month barrel-aged wine boasts a well-balanced palate with crisp acidity, velvety tannins, ripe red and black fruit, cacao, and mushroom notes. The long, fruity finish is best expressed after 15 minutes of decanting.
Serve at 16°C-18°C with white meat, pizzas, lightly spiced Indian dishes, or ripe cheeses.
