Mancura Etnia Merlot

An inviting deep ruby-red coloured wine is packed full of ripe blackberry and plum aromas with delicate hints of spice, black pepper. Malolactic fermentation means the palate is
succulent, soft and fruity, beautifully balanced by velvet-textured tannins as the key to its charm.

Best enjoyed at 16°C with pasta, seafood, meat and lightly spiced Indian dishes.
