Villa Cardea, produced by Dilmoor, has been synonymous with high-quality
iconic Italian liqueurs and spirits since the 1950s. They have a range of liqueurs
including Limoncello, Bitters, Amaretto, Aperitivo, Grapa and a host of others.
Production follows the traditional style and with age old recipes, while maintaining the highest European quality standards such as ISO 9001: 2008, IFS5 (International Food Standard) and BRC6.
Their Bitter Classico is an elegant liqueur created using the bitterness of natural herbs and a characteristic crimson hue. Intense aromas of bitter herbs create a rich complexity on the palate along with the mild sweetness, all competing for attention and harmoniously coming together in a long gentle finish. Serve neat with ice, orange juice, or as the base of famous cocktails such as Americano or Negroni.
